QPlan helps to locate and to eliminate errors in SMT setup by performing quick tests.
QPlan automatically detects and fixes XY and Angle deviations.
QPlan generates charts, reports and a dynamic view of PCB with test result.
QPlan exports the new SMT setup directly to SMT Server.


QPlace (and QPlace Pro) provides a simple and easy to use solution for the tooling process.


Customers using QPlace report that the time required for the tooling process is reduced from hours to less than 30 minutes and even less, depending on PCB complexity. Tooling errors are also reduced by 70%-80%.

QPlace enables quick tooling of SMT placement machines by combining the Bill of Materials and Insertion files from different sources and formats; It validates the data and automatically creates all the necessary inputs required by the SMT machine.

QPlace also includes the “locator” - a graphical representation of the placement plan (PCB and its components) that allows the operator to view and modify component placements.

QPlace & QPlace Pro

QPlace-UPD provides a simple and easy to use solution for updating the placement files in the Line computers following ECOs. It does so by combining the new Bill of Materials with the existing placement files that already exist on the line computer. QPlace UPD validates the data and automatically creates all the necessary inputs required by the SMT machine.

Setup Center provides a simple and easy to use solution for tracking setup preparation process, as offline step, and feeder replacing, as online step.

eMethodSheet is built using the latest programming tools (Microsoft .Net C#), graphical techniques (OpenGL), and database engine (Microsoft SQL Server), eMethodSheet provides a rich set of functions for generating Method Sheets based on up-to-date PLM data:

  • Dynamic Display of PCB including zoom, rotate etc.

  • Showing component information by mouse over

  • Adding mechanical components over PCB

  • Setting operation and remarks for electrical and mechanical components

  • Managing many configurations on same catalog number and revision

  • Printing Method Sheets as hard copy

  • Comparing revisions with PLM


Quality Solutions

ASD (AOI - SMT Diagnostics) is a smart real-time alarm system that analyzes and alerts about hidden placement problems such as head/segment failures and more based on AOI real failure reports.
Also, ASD system requires a user to report the repair to close the alarm.


SMT SPET (Soldering Process Explorer Tool) is an automatic SPC system (including calculations such as PPK, GR&R etc.) designed specifically for XRAY data (type Agilent 5DX).
The SMT SPET system automatically collects and analyzes results of the XRAY test results, including a graphical representation of the distribution and calculation of the soldering quality.
The SMT SPET system allows the user to fill in the repair information that is performed according to detected issue.


TopoQC maps defect data to the PCBs components creating a color-coded, thermal-like, map of defects on the PCBs geography. You can study an assembly issues before next production.
