It uses different interfaces (for example: WebService, APIs, Files, DB connections etc.) to bring all information from different systems by simple requests (like Product Name, Part ID etc).

Analysis and Repair Center (A.R.C.) solution brings all your information in one place for technician. A.R.C. allows technician to use all needed data to analyse for causes and reporting failures to the quality systems. This tool is based on RStation.
